Wash the brinjals & dry them with kitchen towel.
Apply some oil all over it and roast it on flame.
Roast it till it completely cook.
Wash and remove the roasted skin. Mash them and Keep aside.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent.
Add tomatoes in it and saute them.
Add salt, red chilly powder and garam masala powder in it. Cook it till the oil separates.
Add mashed brinjal and green chillies in it. Mix well.
Cook for five minutes on low flame.
Add corriander leaves in it. Mix well.
Cook for another two minutes.
It's ready. Serve hot with naan or chapati.
